Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused and uninstalled.

• The item is in its original packaging.

• All original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials are included.

• The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been installed or used.

• Products that have been altered or modified.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange eligible products when the incorrect item was ordered or when a replacement is needed, subject to inventory availability.

Customers are responsible for any price differences and applicable shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Product Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify firearm model and generation compatibility before placing an order.
